The first couple weeks of March are always nostalgic. It is the reminder to all of us that we lost one of the greatest in Hip Hop to ever do it! The Notorius B.I.G, Biggie Smalls-“Remember Rappin Duke? Duh-ha, duh-ha…you never thought that hip hop would take it this far!”
I got a couple nice sweatshirts in the last few months to show my love for Biggie and I had fun pairing them with items in my closet. The white sweatshirt with Biggie and the colorful crown came from my friend’s site Fresolexcuslives. He’s got nice stuff, check him out. The black hoodie sweatshirt with the lime green pager comes from ClassicMaterialNY. I grabbed coats and shoes from the closet and also got a pair from my son. Sometimes you gotta shop your closet…there is often treasure there and its just waiting to be used by your imagination.
The first sweatshirt I paired with a blazer and also a red trench coat which are both from Zara. Thank God my son grew out of his J’s cause the color in those went perfect as well. If you want to dress it up a bit, you will quickly find that I am huge fan of a leopard heel and believe they should be a staple in every closet. Get👏🏽 A👏🏽 Pair👏🏽Of👏🏽Leopard👏🏽Pumps👏🏽…LOL. I also found a great pair of jogger pants from Target! I got them in both brown and black cause sis…guess what? They were only $12!! Enjoy the looks and be blessed! #blylife
